                       Notification of Major Shareholding



Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 30th November 2007 from Appleby
Trust (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the Ambrian Capital Employee Benefit Trust
informing the Company that following a transaction on the 29th November 2007,
its direct interest in the ordinary 10p shares in the Company has risen above
8%. It now has a direct interest in 9,658,333 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 8.6% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share
capital of the Company.



Furthermore, Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 3rd December 2007
from Artemis Investment Management Limited informing the Company that following
a transaction on the 29th November, its direct interest in the ordinary 10p
shares in the Company has changed.  Artemis Investment Management Limited and
certain of its investment clients now have a direct interest in 7,241,445
ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.5% of the total voting rights
attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
