On the 20th December 2007, the Company was advised of a restructuring of the
shares controlled under The Rule Family Trust.  The Rule Family Trust now
controls only the shares of Resource Capital Investment Corp., ("RCIC") and
Resource Investment Management Corp. ("RIMC"), collectively the general partners
of four investment limited partnerships, which together account for a combined
holding of 9.71% of the Voting Rights of the Company.



The shares held in segregated discretionary accounts, previously controlled by
The Rule Family Trust, still remain in these accounts with no account owning
more than 2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
