    Transaction in Own Shares

    The Company announces that on the 24th September 2008 it acquired 3,400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 20p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. 

    Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,375,000 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary
Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 106,986,208.
