Further to the announcements on 14 July 2009 and 23 December 2009, Ambrian 
Capital plc announces that on 12 January 2010 it purchased 25,000 Ambrian 
Capital plc ordinary shares all at 27.5 pence per share. 
 
 
The shares purchased will be held in treasury, and the number of ordinary shares 
now held in treasury is 4,442,058.
