I don't know anything about the share structure and can think of better things to do than talk to Sandy to figure out what it is.

Is that before or after the forward 1000 to 1 split? If it's before, then you're going to have alot of stock. It seems that they are getting ready for something. Do you know their current share structure? When I called them they seemed amenable to talking. But I was on a quest investigating AMSN, so I didn't ask them any questions when they made it clear that they were not AMSN.

I e-mailed AMER through their website and asked whether the split/dividend shares would be restricted. Here's the reply:

Sandy likes to weave a tangled web

I understand that there is a difference between AMER and AMSN (AMSN is fluctuating because of a large amount of spam that was sent).

I called AMER and he said that AMSN is a totally different company and that AMER is not trading currently.

I have had both on my ticker. AMER does not show a bid or ask, so how can one buy it?

AMSN is fluctuating wildly with millions and millions of shares trading between .002 and .005.

The website seems to be AMER and some of the press releases seem to be AMSN.

From that link it appears to be a 1001-1 stock divy, not an FS. You might want to check out another company, Amerossi EC Inc. (ARSS) Same board of directors as AMER. It looked like AMER stopped trading about the same time as ARSS started.

On 5/8/2006 Microgenix Filtration Systems Inc MGFFF changed it's name to Amerossi EC Inc. ARSS
In a Proxy Statement dated July 11, 2003, Sandy Winick would own 83% of Microgenix Filtration Systems Inc post spinoff from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP
In a disclosure statement and financials dated 1/31/2005 Sandy still owned 250,000 shares or 15%

During 11/04 Central Asia Development & Construction Co. Ltd. changed it's name to Amerossi Energy Corp. AMER
In a Proxy Statement dated 8/19/03, Sandy Winick would own 83% of Central Asia Development & Construction Co. Ltd. post spinoff from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP
(sounds familiar doesn't it?)

And on 1/30/06 Suncrest Energy SNYY changed it's name to Amerossi International Group AMSN. Which was spun off from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP

AMSN and ARSS are now both located in BKK
