                                ("the Company")

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies
the market of the following:



As at 31 January 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 20,195,426
ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares
in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
20,195,426.



The above figure of 20,195,426 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
