The Board of Asset Management Investment Company PLC ("the Company") announces
that resolutions 1 to 6 and resolution 9 (set out in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting dated 10 January 2008) were duly passed at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held  today.


Copies of these resolutions will shortly be lodged with the Document Viewing
Facility of the Financial Services Authority.


Resolutions 7 and 8 dealing with the Directors power to allot shares were
withdrawn.
