    As at 31 July 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 19,008,333 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The
Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,008,333.

    The above figure of 19,008,333 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
