Polarean notes statement from Amphion Innovations
Polarean Imaging plc (AIM: POLX), the medical-imaging technology
company, with a proprietary drug-device combination product, notes
the announcement made by its partner company, Amphion Innovations
Plc ("Amphion") that 100,000 shares in Polarean have been sold for
partial repayment of Amphion's loan facility which was originally
announced on 5 June 2014 and most recently amended as announced on
1 April 2019.
Amphion now holds 18,272,523 ordinary shares in Polarean
representing 15.97% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
