Additional Loan to Armour Home Electronics Limited

Further to the announcement made on 18 July 2014 regarding a GBP1.0 million loan to Armour Home Electronics Limited ("AHE"). Armour announces that it has lent a further GBP0.3 million to AHE. This additional loan is on a 90 day term at an annual interest rate of 10% which is payable monthly. The initial GBP1.0 million loan remains in place.
