that Mr Bruce Hervey has been appointed a Non Executive Director of the Company
today with immediate effect.

Bruce has wide experience in the investment field and, in particular, is very
familiar with the Australian market.

Peter O'Connor has resigned as a Non Executive Director of the Company with
effect from today. The Board would like to acknowledge Peter's valuable
