    Airsprung, the supplier of manufactured and imported furniture, announces that it was informed today that on 27 June 2008 Mr Stuart
Lyons CBE (Chairman), through Colmore Trust Limited, purchased 265,000 10p ordinary shares in the Company at 19p per share. Following this
purchase, Mr Lyons has a beneficial holding of 1,375,000 (5.76%) 10p ordinary shares in the Company.
