    Airsprung, the supplier of manufactured and imported furniture, announces that it was informed on 1 July 2008 that on the same day
Stuart Lyons CBE (Chairman), through Colmore Trust Limited, and Tean Dallaway (Finance Director) purchased 125,000 and 50,000 10p ordinary
shares in the Company respectively, at 17p per share.  

    Following this purchase the beneficial holdings are as detailed below:

 Stuart Lyons CBE  1,500,000 (6.28%)
 Tean Dallaway       170,700 (0.71%)
