Further to the announcement of 3 November 2008, ACP Capital Limited (AIM: APL) 
today announces that the proceedings instituted by Mishcon de Reya on 23 October 
2008 relating to the recovery of legal fees have now been withdrawn by agreement 
between the various parties and the dispute has been settled on confidential 
terms acceptable to all parties.
