Access Plus announces that on 7 May 2002, pursuant to the authority granted by
shareholders at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 23 April 2002,
it purchased for cancellation 64,935 of its own ordinary shares of 10p each at a
price of 240p per share.  This follows a previous purchase for cancellation of
15,000 shares on Thursday 2 May.



Following the above purchase there are now 18,731,193 ordinary shares in issue.
