GKN Holdings plc ("GKN") announces that it has purchased GBP25,000,000 in 
aggregate principal amount of its 7 per cent. Bonds due 2012 (ISIN: 
XS0147740335) (the "Bonds"). All Bonds so purchased by GKN will be cancelled. 
 
Following settlement, the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds outstanding 
and not held by GKN is expected to be GBP176,530,000 representing approximately 
54 per cent. of the issued aggregate principal amount of the Bonds at the date 
of issue.
