                               Holding in Company

The Company announced on 13 February 2006 that Mellon Nominees (UK) Limited was
the registered holder as at 1 February 2006 of 29,419,843 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company, representing 8.56% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.

Following the issue of a Section 212 of the Companies Act notice the Company has
now established that the owner of these shares is a pooled fund under the
discretionary management of Veer Palthe Voute NV, a Dutch fund management
subsidiary of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Group.
