PUBLICATION OF FULL YEAR FINANCIAL RESULTS DELAYED
Cambridge, UK, 3 May 2024: Arecor Therapeutics plc (AIM: AREC), the biopharmaceutical
group advancing today's therapies to enable healthier lives,
announces that, due to its auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP,
requiring additional time to complete its standard procedures, the
Group's final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 will not
be published on 7 May 2024, the previously planned date.
The Group will now announce its
results in the week commencing 13 May 2024.
