    Asia Resources Plc ("Asia" or the "Company")
    Directors Dealings
    The Directors have been informed that Dato' Haji Sulaiman Abu Bakar, a non-executive director of Asia, has today purchased 3,400,000
ordinary shares of 1p each at 3.1875p from Lip Lin Tan, also a non-executive director of Asia.
    Following the transaction, Dato' Haji Sulaiman Abu Bakar's holding in the Company has been increased to 9,550,000 ordinary shares,
representing 6.37 per cent of the issued share capital.
    Correspondingly, Lip Lin Tan's holding in the Company has been reduced to 3,400,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.27 per cent of the
issued share capital.
