Completion of sale of Astaire Securities PLC

The Board of Evolve notes the announcement that has been released earlier today by Astaire Group PLC ("Astaire") stating that the disposal of Astaire Securities PLC has now been completed. Evolve has a 53.6 per cent. interest in the issued share capital of Astaire.
