The Directors of Astaire Group PLC ("Astaire") are pleased to announce that the High Court has today approved the Scheme of Arrangement to cancel all the issued Astaire Ordinary Shares other than those held by Evolve Capital PLC ("Evolve").

As all the other conditions of the Scheme have been satisfied or waived, the Scheme will become effective when the Court Order has been filed at Companies House. A further announcement will be released when this has been done, which is intended to be later today.
