ATH Resources Plc ("ATH Resources" or "the Company") 
Holdings in Company 
 
 
The directors of ATH Resources announce that on 3 August 2009, AXA S.A. informed 
the Company that, through AXA Investment Managers UK Limited ("AXA IM"), it 
holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company. AXA IM has a direct 
interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.062% of the Company's issued 
share capital and an indirect interest in 4,406,000 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 10.994% of the issued share capital of the Company. AXA IM's 
indirect interest in 4,406,000 Ordinary Shares is held on behalf of certain of 
its third party investment clients. 
 
 
AXA S.A., through AXA IM, now holds an aggregate interest in 4,431,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 11.056% of the Company's issued share capital.
