Airbath Group plc (the "Company"), the specialist manufacturer and designer of
baths and bathwares, is pleased to announce John Parkinson's appointment as
Executive Chairman. John has been a Non-executive Director since the Company's
admission to AIM in 2001. Clive Gilham, who has been Executive Chairman since
admission, has stepped down from the board to pursue other business interests.
