The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of the Right Honourable
Michael Howard QC MP as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate
effect.

Mr Howard, aged 64, was the Home Secretary from 1993 to 1997 and Leader of the
Opposition from 2003 to 2005. He is currently a director of Diligence Inc. and
has been a director of Finex Communications Group PLC, Eschmann Holdings
Limited and Crime Reduction International Limited, all unlisted companies, in
the past five years.

Michael Abrahams, Chairman of Amteus, said "We are delighted that Michael
