The Company is pleased to announce that Christopher Holt MBE, aged 32, has been
appointed a director of the Company and chief executive with immediate effect.
Chris Holt joined the company in July 2007 and since that time has made an
outstanding contribution to the business. Mr Holt had a distinguished Army
career, serving as a bomb disposal officer and in specialist security
positions. He was also aide-de-camp to the UK's military representative to NATO
and the EU, retiring from the Army two years ago with the rank of Major.
Having left the armed forces, he worked for the Environment Agency managing
special projects. He then became a director and shareholder of an expedition
company providing leadership, safety and logistics for remote expeditions
Mr Holt is currently a director of Full Circle Expeditions Limited and Chris
Holt Consultancy Limited and he has confirmed there is no further information
required to be disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
