Holding in Company

Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received
notification that Griffin Two Limited had disposed of its entire shareholding
of 21,933,333 ordinary shares.

The Company also announces that Griffin Two Limited has served notice to
exercise warrants over 5,000,000 ordinary shares at 1p per share. Application
has been made for the ordinary shares to be issued following the exercise of
these warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that
dealings will commence in these new Ordinary Shares 30 November 2006.
