held by his brother, Paul Hanke

David Milverton
(3) Jonathan Hill holds options to subscribe for up to 2,181,818 ordinary shares with an exercise
price of 5.5p at any time on or before 11 November 2019.
Strand Hanson Limited, holds warrants to subscribe for up to 2,252,692 ordinary shares with
an exercise price of 5.09p at any time on or before 29 July 2015.
