In the interim results released on 30 June 2005, the Company stated that it had
been experiencing significant trading problems and that it would keep
shareholders informed of progress.

The Company confirms that whilst it has received some new contract wins, it
continues to find trading challenging. The management of the Company are looking
forward to securing new contract wins that will form a platform to an improved
financial position.
