Alexon Group plc's capital consists of 56,886,096 ordinary shares of which
743,589 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Alexon Group plc is 56,142,507.


The above figure (56,142,507) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Alexon Group plc under the
