The  Directors  of  Genesis Malaysia Maju Fund  Limited  would  like  to
announce that the Company's Net Asset Value per share was US$73.90 as at
the 13th July, 2007.

Voting Rights and Capital

The Company's capital consists of 1,521,022 ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 1,521,022.

The above figure (1,521,022) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
