Bristol City Council (the "Organisation") previously known as
Bristol Corporation
NOTICE OF THE INTENTION TO REQUEST CANCELLATION OF SECURITIES
FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF THE FCA.
In accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Organisation hereby
gives notice of its intention to request the UK Financial Conduct
Authority (the "FCA") to cancel the debt securities (with ISIN
GB0001255057) listing on the Official List of the FCA and to
request the London Stock Exchange to cancel the admission to
trading of the securities on the market for listed securities of
the London Stock Exchange.
Bristol City Council has decided to request the Cancellation of
this listing due to no trading of these securities in the past five
years on the London Stock Exchange so does not justify the costs
related to such a listing and admission to trading.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Organisation is required to
give at least 20 business days' notice of the intended Cancellation
of Listing. Therefore, it is intended that the Cancellation of the
listing will become effective from 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 9
March 2021, such that the last day of trading of the securities on
the London Stock Exchange would be 8 March 2021.
