The Company has applied to AIM for admission of 48,133 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p
each to be issued pursuant to an exercise of options under the Company's SAYE
share option scheme.  Admission is expected to become effective on 12th February
2008


The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue immediately following this
issuance will be 43,003,868.
