The Issuer has been informed that, following the sale referred
to in the Issuer's announcement dated 20 August 2019, agreement has
been reached to sell the remaining 50% of the indirect interests in
the Issuer to Equitix ENW 6 Limited, KDM Power Limited, Equitix MA
North Holdco Limited and Swingford Holdings Corporation
Limited.
