Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 22 January that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 22 January at an average price of GBP1.07 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris, together with his beneficial interests, holds 380,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
