Results of EGM

At a General Meeting held at 11 a.m. today, Friday 20 January 2012, called to approve the Capital Reorganisation announced on 16 December 2011, all resolutions which were set out in the Notice of General Meeting were duly passed.

The Restructuring Proposals will become effective immediately following the close of business today and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on Monday 23 January 2012.

New share certificates and cheques for the proceeds from the sale of fractional entitlements will be sent to Shareholders on Thursday 26 January 2012.
