behalf of his grand daughter Lucetta Edward.

Lucetta Edward is the daughter of Ian Edward, and as she is under 16 years of
age, her holding will be aggregated with that of Ian Edward.

His current holding, including the above acquisition is 1,588,956 shares
(7.43%)
