Pursuant to the notification obligations in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified that Melanie Dickinson, Chief People Officer, has sold 125,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a sale price of GBP2.4767 per share.

Following the sale Melanie Dickinson's resulting interest in the share capital of the company is 464,591 representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
