1 Knightsbridge Green, London SW1X 7NE stating that on that date they held a
notifiable interest of 9,003,182 ordinary shares of BPD, which represents 12.41%
of BPD's issued share capital.

The holding is stated to be held in entirety as investment manager acting on
behalf of discretionary clients.
