                             Possible Fund Raising


The Company stated in its Interim Statement released on 22nd March 2007, that
with the recent acquisition a property in Sofia, the Company was effectively
fully invested.

The Directors are therefore considering with the Company's advisers the
possibility of raising further funds to finance the next stage of its
operations.
