    BULGARIAN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS PLC
    ("BPD" or "the Company")

    Dividend Declaration

    Following the cancellation of the Company's share premium account becoming effective and the Company having complied with its
undertaking to the Court regarding creditor protection, the Board of BPD is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 19 pence
per share.  The shares will commence trading ex dividend on 9 July 2008 and the dividend will be paid on 17 July 2008 to shareholders on the
register on 11 July 2008.
