                                  Board Change


Brammer announces that Mr Terence Garthwaite (57) has been appointed a
non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.

Mr Garthwaite was formerly Group Finance Director of Senior plc and is currently
a non-executive director of Renishaw PLC.


Mr David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer, commented:

"We are delighted to have Terence join the Brammer board which will benefit from
his strong financial experience.
