Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC,
the leading construction materials
distributor, announces that it has been informed that
Douglas Bryce, Managing Director within the
Contracting Division, has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1
penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 71
pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Douglas
Bryce is beneficially interested in 809,750 Ordinary Shares in the
Group representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
