Block listing Application 
 
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock 
Exchange for a block listing of 1,300,000 ordinary shares of EUR 3.28 each 
collectively under the Company's 2009 Sharesave Scheme and the 2003 and 2009 
Performance Share Plans to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the 
London Stock Exchange. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued 
ordinary shares of the Company.
