We have today been notified that Terca Bricks NV (a wholly owned subsidiary of
Wienerberger Baustoffindustrie AG) has acquired 138,706,993 Ordinary Shares of
25p each in Ibstock PLC (29.88%). It is understood that these shares were
acquired from Actraint No 108 Pty Limited, of which Brierley Investments Limited
is the ultimate holding company.
