The Board of Burst Media Corporation ("Burst" or "the Company"), the
international online advertising services and technology business, announces the
resignation of William Davlin as a Non-Executive Director of the Board effective
04 December 2007.

William served as Chief Financial Officer of Burst from 1996 until 2007 and as
Director since 2000. In February 2007, William resigned from the Company but
remained on the Board as a Non-Executive Director without compensation.

Jarvis Coffin, Chief Executive, said, "I would like to extend my appreciation
and thanks to Bill for his contributions to the Company for the past 11 years
and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours."

The Board does not anticipate replacing the Board seat with another Non
Executive Director at this time. The Board is now comprised of four Non
Executive Directors and four Executive Directors.
