Directors' Shareholding 
 
 
BNS Telecom Group plc received notification on 30 January that Andrew Goldwater, 
Finance Director of the Company, on 30 January 2009 purchased 50,000 ordinary 
shares of 10 p each, at a price of 6 pence per share. In addition, 150,000 
ordinary shares of 10 p each were purchased by Transact, his Self Invested 
Pension Plan (SIPP), at a price of 6.3 pence per share. 
 
 
Following the above transaction, Andrew Goldwater and parties connected to him 
now hold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each representing approximately 0.4 per 
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
