                  Belgravium Technologies plc ("the Company")

                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company announces that share options over 80,000 new ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have been exercised by Jon Hall, a PDMR
and Senior Manager of the Company, under the Company's share option scheme, at a
price of 6.5p per share.


Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM on or about 20 December 2007.


For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary
shares of 5p in issue, following this exercise of options, is 100,936,547
Ordinary Shares, all of which carry one vote. There are no shares which are held
in treasury.


The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 100,936,547. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.


The beneficial holding of Mr Hall following the exercise of the share options is
as follows:
