Belgravium Technologies plc announces that on 14 May 2004 it purchased 1,000,000
of its own ordinary shares at a price of 12.32p per share from Teather and
Greenwood Ltd. for cancellation.

Following the purchase of these shares the Company has 66,825,759 shares in
issue.
