The price per share is 12p and not 12.32p as previously stated.


All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appears

Belgravium Technologies plc announces that on 14 May 2004 it purchased 1,000,000
of its own ordinary shares at a price of 12p per share from Teather and
Greenwood Ltd. for cancellation.


Following the purchase of these shares the Company has 66,825,759 shares in
issue.
