Carr's (CARR.L), the Agriculture and
Engineering Group, today announces that Shelagh Hancock,
Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board to allow her
to focus on her role as Chief Executive Officer of First
Milk, the British farmer-owned dairy
co-operative. Shelagh will step down
on 31 December 2024.
Commenting, Tim Jones, Carr's
Non-Executive Chair, said:
"On behalf of the Board and all Carr's colleagues, I would
like to thank Shelagh for her significant contribution to the
Company, particularly in helping shape the new strategy adopted for
the Agriculture Division. We wish Shelagh continuing success
in her executive role."
The Company also announces that
following Martin Rowland's recent appointment as Chair of Centaur
Media Plc, he will return to his Non-Executive Director role with
the Company from 13 November 2024 to accommodate those new
commitments. Martin will continue to represent Harwood
Capital Management Limited pursuant to the Relationship
Agreement it holds with the Company.
